Passport/Boarding pass invitations

All of our products are custom designed and handcrafted to your approval therefore, refunds will not be honored. If your project has gone into production you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract.

Your order will be shipped via USPS Flat rate shipping and insured for the value of $50 or more with tracking number sent to the client via email on the same day. All shipping and handling costs will be assumed by the client.  Please note that Custom Moments is not responsible for situations caused by neglect of the post office (i.e. damaged, lost or stolen invitations)
